Know the number before we knock.
Published rates, no bait pricing, no “call for a quote” runaround. Estimates are free. A photo estimate gets you a number the same day; a quote is the number we confirm in person before any work starts.
Junk Removal — priced by how much space it takes
Not by the hour. Each price is one trailer load, one trip — pick the closest description and that is the price, confirmed on site before anything gets loaded. Between two? You get quoted the lower one. A job that fills the trailer twice is quoted as two loads up front, never discovered afterwards.
This ladder covers household and office goods — furniture, boxes, bags, appliances, garage and yard clutter. A single item means one item, one person can carry it, from ground level, that fits as it sits; two-person items are +$40. Quoted separately instead: concrete, brick, dirt, roofing, drywall and demolition debris (dense material hits the trailer’s weight rating long before it fills the space); oversized single items and anything outside the normal household range; and shed, playset, deck, hot tub and pool teardowns, which are quoted flat. We take that work — it just gets a real number first. Asbestos we will not take at any price.
How big is the load?
Surcharges: mattress or box spring +$25 each · refrigerant appliance +$40 · tire +$8 · paint, e-waste and regulated items at disposal cost · stairs +$25 per flight above the first. $95 is the floor on every trip, including a second one. We’ll disconnect an appliance to take it, but we don’t reconnect anything. Crawlspace, attic and tight-access pulls are quoted.

Two-hour minimum on all hourly work, then billed in 30-minute increments. On Saturdays and Sundays two-person crew bookings carry a three-hour minimum ($405, or $585 with the 16ft trailer) and no weekend surcharge. Solo handyman work keeps its two-hour minimum every day of the week.
