Plain-English terms for work performed by Mount N Muscle LLC. Nothing here replaces the written quote for your specific job — if the two ever conflict, your quote wins.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free. Flat-rate work such as TV mounting can be quoted over the phone. Volume-based work (junk removal, hauling) and square-footage work (flooring) is given as a photo estimate where possible and confirmed in person as a quote before we begin, because the price depends on what is actually there.

You approve the final number before any work starts. If the job turns out materially different from what was described — more volume, harder access, additional items — we stop, tell you the revised price, and wait for your approval before continuing.

Hourly work carries a two-hour minimum and is billed in 30-minute increments after that. Travel is built into the number we quote — one price for the job, not a job price with a trip charge added on top. The price is confirmed before any work starts.

Scheduling and cancellations

• Cancel or reschedule at no charge with 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a locked or empty property when we arrive as scheduled, may be charged a $50 trip fee.
• If we miss the window, you owe nothing for the trip and we make it right.
• Severe weather may require rescheduling for safety, at no cost to you.

What we can’t take

Disposal is regulated, and some items we are not permitted to haul:

• Hazardous chemicals, solvents, pesticides, motor oil, and fuel
• Asbestos, lead paint waste, and medical or biohazard waste
• Ammunition, explosives, and pressurized tanks
• Concrete, dirt, brick, and other heavy fill — ask first, these are priced separately by weight

Paint, electronics, tires, and appliances containing refrigerant can be taken, with the disposal surcharges listed on our pricing section. If you are unsure about an item, send a photo before the job.

Access and property

Please make sure we can reach the items and park nearby. Tell us in advance about stairs, elevators, gate codes, HOA rules, or tight access so the quote reflects it.

We treat your home like our own and take care moving through it. If we damage something, tell us right away and we will make it right.

Our workmanship

If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. This covers our labor — not failure of materials or hardware supplied by someone else, and not normal wear.

Items loaded into a trailer are hauled to a transfer station, recycler, or donation center. Once a load leaves your property, items cannot be retrieved — check the load before we go.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Recurring and business accounts may be set up with their own terms.

Referral credit

Referral credit applies after the referred customer’s first job is completed and paid. Credit applies to future services, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with account rates. We may change the program, but never retroactively on credit already earned.
