Mount N Muscle LLC ("we," "us") operates mountnmuscle.com and provides home services across the Charlotte metro area. This explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. It is short because it should be readable.
What we collect
- What you give us. Name, phone number, email, service address, preferred scheduling, and whatever you tell us about the job — through our quote forms, by call, or by text.
- VIP text list. If you join, your name, phone number, and zip code.
- Referrals. If someone names you as a referrer, we record your name to apply your credit.
We use Metricool, a third-party analytics service, to understand site traffic and visits. Metricool sets a first-party cookie for this purpose. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request, schedule the work, and do the job.
- To contact you about your job by phone, text, or email.
- To send marketing texts only if you separately opted into the VIP list.
- To apply referral credit to the right account.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
Job-related texts — confirmations, arrival windows, follow-ups — are part of providing the service you asked for.
Marketing texts require your express written consent, given by checking the consent box when you join the VIP list. Consent is never a condition of hiring us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call or text 704-237-0164 and ask to be removed.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us operate — our form provider (Formspree), our phone and messaging provider, and our scheduling tools. They may only use it to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Job records are retained for normal business and tax purposes. VIP entries are kept until you opt out. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
- Opt out of marketing texts any time by replying STOP.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Decline to provide information — though we may not be able to quote the job without it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy the date above changes, and material changes will be noted on this page.
